I would like to ask you guys a question, what is the role of the Isen pin in this film, and I have not understood what is the role after looking at the half-day notes and internal schematic diagrams? Can someone tell me more? Thank you.

Current detection is actually voltage detection, which is to detect the voltage on the RSN and compare it with an internal value to limit the peak current of the switch.

The current detection pin is internally a constant current source. The current is proportional to the working current of the load. The larger the load current, the greater the Isn. This pin needs to be connected to a pull-down resistor, which will generate a voltage on the pull-down resistor. Your recommended circuit Rsn is this pull-down resistor. The function of the recommended circuit is that when the load is blocked or the load current is large, Isn is large, so that the voltage on Rsn becomes large, the GS voltage drop of MOS tube Q1 becomes small, or the output of MOS tube is turned off. Protect the load.

Detect the current and compare the peak current with an internal parameter.
